Our organic mattress will last 20–25 years, and we guarantee them to maintain their firmness and not form any body depressions in excess of one inch for 15 years (this is a non-prorated warranty).
In the event of any failure you will receive 100% credit to use towards current retail prices. After 15 years, our organic mattress beds will gradually get firmer as the natural mattress foam inside slowly crystallizes. We offer a 90-day trial period that begins once you receive your organic mattress. Your organic mattress will not require flipping or turning over. We recommend rotating your mattress weekly. We will cover the shipping charges in any valid warranty claim (in the lower 48 United States). We have a very liberal and clear warranty on our organic mattress line. There are no hidden or other clauses.
Most competitors' mattresses come with prorated warranties, and specified depression limits (typically 1 to 1.5 inches), that do not cover softening of the mattress and require flipping every few months so they break down evenly. These warranties are usually worthless, as most mattresses never form the proper amount of depression necessary to exercise the warranty. Over time a softening mattress could cause back pain. Always ensure that any mattress you are interested in offers a firmness guarantee and no depression warranty.
We cannot control the environment in which the mattress is used, we do not guarantee against mold. We recommend checking the underside of the mattress monthly to see if mold is forming on the cover. To help prevent mold growth in the base of the mattress, we recommend purchasing wool felt scraps to increase ventilation and help prevent mold growth in the base of the mattress. Sometimes mold can form where the latex comes into direct contact with the cotton material when resting on the slats. Organic latex mattresses may collect body odors and perspiration which may be noticeable after many years. Please protect your mattress using a puddle pad and washable organic fitted mattress pads.
